Genesis Worship Ministry (GWM) Acknowledgments, Authorization, and Payment
The Buyer has reviewed the T-shirts to confirm the correct sizes and color for their order. Buyer acknowledges that the t-shirt shown is not necessarily to scale, because the image is displayed for purchase in a 2D view. By indicating acceptance of the t-shirt order and making payment via Square through the online ordering tool, Buyer authorizes GWM to begin production on the order and to charge Buyer’s credit card in the amount reflected on the T-shirt Order Form. Following such a charge, no changes may be made to a custom order. GWM is not responsible for any errors in the final product caused by information provided by the buyer (including player names, sizes, and colors). GWM is not responsible for any unclaimed items regarding pick-ups.
Returns and Refund Policy – Because Seller’s products are custom-made, Seller does not accept returns, and no refunds are available. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if within 30 days of Buyer’s receipt of custom apparel, Buyer discovers material defects in stitching or materials, it may submit an inquiry to GWM for verification; if GWM Quality team determines in its sole discretion that an item is indeed defective, GWM will offer an equitable resolution of the matter to Buyer. There are no refunds on custom-made T-shirts.
